Description
A Zlatoust-made knife, crafted from 95x18 stainless steel. The wide drop-point blade, broad at the base, culminates in a sharply pointed tip. The grind is a high hollow grind transitioning to a full hollow grind at the tip. Intended for skinning game, but also suitable as a general-purpose knife. The handle is constructed from birch bark rings compressed on both sides with pieces of textolite. Under the handle, the inscription: "Rosoruzhie Zlatoust", "95х18"and the manufacturer's logo. Black leather sheath, with the manufacturer's logo and the inscription Rosoruzhie Zlatoustembossed on the belt loop.
Zlatoust is one of several Russian knife manufacturers well-known beyond Russia's borders. It boasts a several-century-long tradition in the production of edged weapons.
