Universal 3
Description
A knife from the Maruszyny brothers' workshop which the manufacturer gave the name "Universal", which in my opinion is not the best idea, because it suggests a universal character, while it is a typical military knife, i.e. intended for fighting, mainly for stabbing. For three quarters of its length, the cutting edge and spine are straight and run parallel. High, minimally hollow grind on the blade side. The spine is partially ground down 8 cm from the tip. The handle is composed of two pieces of wood and a bark rings in the middle. On the blade side, the handle ends with a brass shield, which to some extent prevents fingers from sliding onto the blade, but it is not a full-fledged cross-guard. Finnish type sheath, smooth, made of good, thick leather.
