Udar-1
Description
This is a nicely crafted, sizable skeleton knife from Zlatoust in the Urals. It is made of 95x18 steel – a high-quality stainless steel, with 440B steel being its Western equivalent. The hardness is rated at 55 HRC. The blade is leaf-shaped, symmetrical, and double-edged (as a throwing knife, it is not sharpened, but it can be sharpened by the user if they prefer to use it as a standard skeleton knife). It features a flat grind. The "Udar" model is sold with a leather sheath; the knife slides into it like a Finnish puukko knife, without any additional fasteners. The weight of the knife without the sheath is 265g.
