A hunting knife manufactured by AiR from Zlatoust, made of 95X18 steel, a high-quality stainless steel, the Russian equivalent of 440B steel. In the production of knives from stainless steel, the quality of mechanical and thermal processing is no less important than the quality of the material itself.95X18 is a material where this principle is most fully manifested. Prices of knives made of this steel can vary dramatically depending on the manufacturer. AiR is one of the oldest companies specializing in knife production in Zlatoust, a place known for its centuries-old tradition of blacksmithing. All knives are sold with sheaths and packed in soft material cases.

AiR offers two differently sized nessmuk-type knives in a full tang design. Mainly with a profile typical for nessmuks, they have partial flat grinds and curved cutting edges. For both models, AiR offers a choice of handle scales made of various types of natural wood or textolite. Our offer includes only Trappers with textolite because, in nessmuks, practical considerations take precedence over aesthetics, and unstabilized wood, in the field, after getting wet, may dry unevenly. At the end of the handle, there is a hole for a lanyard or wrist loop. Leather sheath, black, with a snap button fastening and the manufacturer's embossed emblem.
