Description
A hunting knife manufactured by Zlatoust, made of very good 95x18 stainless steel.Hardness 55 HRC. Beautiful recurve blade (wavy cutting edge) with a partially concave grind. At the end of the handle there is a hole allowing for a lanyard or wrist loop. The handle is devoid of a guard on the blade side, the blade at the base has blunted areas for the thumb and index finger on the blade and butt sides. The back from the end of the blade to approximately one third of the length is ground to a false edge. Black leather sheath, with the manufacturer's logo and inscription embossed.Златоуст.
Zlatoust is one of several Russian knife manufacturers known widely outside of Russia. It boasts a centuries-old tradition in the production of edged weapons.
