Tornado-2 (leather handle, duralumin fittings, gilding)

A hunting knife manufactured by Zlatoust, made of very good 95x18 stainless steel. Hardness 56-58 HRC. The handle is made of leather rings strung on tang, finished with duralumin castings on both sides. A beautiful recurve blade (wave-shaped cutting edge) with a partial hollow grind. There is a hole at the end of the handle that allows you to attach a lanyard or wrist loop. The handle on the blade side is without a guard, the blade at the base has blunted places for the thumb and forefinger on the blade and head side. The head from the end of the blade to approximately one third of the length is ground to a false blade. One side of the blade is decorated with an engraved and gold-plated drawing with hunting motifs. On the other side of the blade, under the handle, there is an engraved manufacturer's logo and the inscription "Росоружие Zlatoust" and the designation of the steel brand according to the Russian nomenclature: 95x18. Leather sheath, black, with the manufacturer's logo and the inscription "Златоуст" embossed on the belt loop.

The Zlatoust company is one of several Russian knife manufacturers widely known outside Russia. It boasts several hundred years of tradition in the production of cold weapons.
