Tokisu 18887
Description
Pocket knife made of Chinese Damascus steel, designed by Martinez Albainox. A very aesthetic knife made of 67-layer damascus. Partially flat grind, blade on bearings, liner lock. G10 handle covers. There is a clip, but no holster, instead a black velvet pouch.
The Tokisu brand belongs to the Spanish company Martinez Albainox, once one of the largest knife manufacturers in Spain. Today, Albainox still designs its own knives, grouped into several registered model lines, but has moved almost all production to China. However, these are still branded products, which means that there is someone who cares about their quality. In such a system, the place of production ceases to be a disadvantage and becomes an advantage, because it allows us to offer an excellent price-quality ratio. The Tokisu model line includes knives that clearly refer to the Japanese tradition. They are made of Chinese industrial steel and Chinese forged damascus, usually 67 layers. The components of the package are unknown, and the declared hardness is 57-58 HRC.
