Thorn
Description
The latest in a series of short urban EDC knives produced by the renowned Dagestani company Kizlar. Like the other knives in this series (Guard, Mole and Hedgehog), Thorn has a plastic sheath and a system that allows it to be worn on a belt or on a string around the neck. There are holes on the edges of the sheath that allow it to be attached/sewn to a backpack, tactical vest or fabric covering of a bulletproof vest. Suitable for concealed carry. The knife is made of AUS 8 steel (hardness 57-59 HRC) in the "full tang" pattern with a ring at the end of the handle. Handle covers and sheath are plastic, sand-colored.
The Kizlyar company from Dagestan is one of several Russian knife manufacturers widely known outside Russia. Kizlyar boasts a combination of ancient traditions of Caucasian craftsmen specializing in the production of cold weapons and new production technologies.
