Survivalist X D2

A heavy duty survival knife with a full tang construction and G10 polymer handle scales. The massive blade features a partial flat grind, a false edge at the tip, a "bone breaker" on the spine, and a 10-centimeter ruler (in centimeters and inches). The D2 steel is hardened to 60 HRC. The blade has a TacWash finish (a method similar to stonewashing, which involves tumbling the metal part with an abrasive material in a rotating drum) with its characteristic gray hue. The camouflage Cordura sheath is equipped with MOLLE compatible webbing and includes approximately 1.5m of paracord.

The Dagestani company Kizlyar Supreme (not to be confused with Kizlyar, also from Dagestan) is one of several Russian knife manufacturers widely known outside of Russia. Kizlyar Supreme focuses on combining the old traditions of Caucasian knifemakers with the latest production technologies. Kizlyar Supreme products are the result of work by craftsmen whose families have been making knives for generations. Today, however, these artisans utilize state of the art programmable machining centers and hardening furnaces.
