Stalker (gilded pattern welded damascus, stabilized wood handle)
Description
A hunting knife manufactured by Zlatoust, made of pattern welded damascus. Zlatoust pattern welded damascus blades are distinguished by high quality and unique aesthetics. A very light handle made of selected stabilized wood combined with a short blade makes the knife as light as a feather. At the end of the handle, in the textolite head, there is a hole that allows you to attach a lanyard or loop to your wrist. At the base of the blade there is a small textolite guard that protects the hand from sliding onto the blade (to some extent). The blade with a high hollow grind is decorated on one side with a drawing of hunting motifs, gilded using the galvanic method. On the other side, under the handle, on the blade, there is a gilded inscription made using the same method: "Росоружие Златоуст" and the manufacturer's logo. Leather sheath, black, with the manufacturer's logo and inscription embossed on the back of the loop "Златоуст".
The Zlatoust company is one of several Russian knife manufacturers widely known outside Russia. It boasts several hundred years of tradition in the production of cold weapons. Gilding, in which the Uralic Zlatoust is the undisputed leader among Russian companies, looks exceptionally well on dark damascus blades.
