Spike
Description
A city pocket knife with a full flat cut in an unobtrusive kapron holster. A medium-sized knife, you can carry it every day in the city without attracting attention. In terms of durability, it will certainly meet any challenge. The manufacturer does not provide hardness data, but Swedish 14C28N stainless steel produced by Alleima (formerly Sandvik) is normally hardened in the range of 57-59 HRC. This is one of the best materials for mid-priced knives. Back lock, micarta handle covers. The J&V Adventure Knives emblem (trade brand of the Cuchilleria Forester factory) and the inscription "SPIKE" are engraved on the blade. A kapron sheath, closed with a fastener, can be worn on a belt, and is also compatible with the MOLLE attachment system.
Forester is one of the few old Spanish manufacturers that has resisted pressure to move production to China. The knives are still not only designed but also manufactured in the Forester factory in Albacete, Spain.
