Description
The Melita-K company from Kazan (Tatarstan) is one of Russia's top knife manufacturers, including knives classified as combat knives. The latter are made to order for the law enforcement and military agencies of the Russian Federation. Melita prides itself on using its own patented stainless steel (70X16МФС), which surpasses other stainless steels in terms of hardness and flexibility. It also frequently applies a camouflage coating to the blade.
A folding knife with a distinctive blade grind that references contemporary Russian fixed-blade combat knives. It features a side lock mechanism. The handle scales are made of plastic. The knife is sold complete with a leather belt sheath.
