Smersh M-72
Description
The newest in the SMERSH line of knives, once a flagship product of NOKS, designed by Aleksandr Biriukov (the first Smershes were created according to the designs of the late founder of the NOKS company, Igor Skrylov).
A solid blade (blade thickness at the hilt 4.3 mm) and a double-sided guard are, in my opinion, the biggest advantages of this knife. I don't know how, with such a guard and blade thickness, NOKS received a certificate classifying the knife as non-combat. We get a very solid tool – it will be very difficult to break it, and additionally Biriukov sharpened half of the hilt (a 75-millimeter section raised above the back line like a hammer on a saber). With this additional blade, you can chop bones, open cans, and generally do what is easiest to damage a knife with, thus saving the main blade. Russian U8 carbon steel (corrosive), elastron handle. Leather sheath with a snap button fastening.
