Scout (black blade, desert handle)
Description
NSK-8 and Skaut are two new, simple folding knives manufactured by Kizlyar from Dagestan. Currently, these are the cheapest folding knives offered by this company. They are sold without sheaths, both lack clips and, worse, any locking mechanism to prevent accidental closing. This variant of the Skaut has beige ABS handle scales and a black-coated blade with a concave grind.
Kizlyar from Dagestan is one of several Russian knife manufacturers known widely outside of Russia. Kizlyar prides itself on combining the old traditions of Caucasian artisans specializing in the production of edged weapons with new production technologies.
