Saper machete
Description
A heavy machete from the "SARO" company, referring to proven Russian gears of military origin. The matte 4.3 mm thick blade made of 65X13 stainless steel has a low flat grind and a 12 cm wood saw on the head. The significant expansion of the blade at the end shifts the center of gravity towards the tip, making chopping and digging easier. The width at the end of the blade is greater than that of the Taiga, which makes it a better shovel. Generally, the cut of the blade resembles military machetes from the USSR era, which were part of survival kits for airplane and helicopter crews in the Soviet army. The sapper is made in a full tang pattern with wooden handle covers supported by two screws. Black cordura sheath.
