Description
A knife from the renowned Dagestani company Kizlyar with a blackened blade (oxidation) and a non-slip Elastron G handle. Like most of Kizlyar's hunting and survival models, the knife is made with "hidden tang" technology – the blade's tang is hidden within the handle. It features a clipped point profile and a partial concave grind. On the blunt side of the blade, near the handle, there is serration for a fire starter. The sheath is made of natural leather. This is a durable and versatile knife for a tourist willing to pay for a reputable brand. The Kizlyar company from Dagestan is one of several Russian knife manufacturers widely known outside Russia. Kizlyar prides itself on combining the ancient traditions of Caucasian artisans specializing in bladed weapon manufacturing with new production technologies.
