Description

A large, military-style butterfly knife from the K25 model line by Martinez Albainox. It features a robust (3 mm thick) drop point blade with a dagger-style point, a low grind, and a fuller. The blade is 11 cm long and 3 cm wide, which is impressively large for a butterfly knife. The handle has black G10 scales. The blade pivots on a ball bearing system. It is made of 7Cr17MOV stainless steel. A really great knife, better suited for a man (it weighs 240 g). It is sold with a black nylon sheath for belt carry.

The K25 brand belongs to the Spanish company Martinez Albainox, once one of the largest knife manufacturers in Spain. Today, Albainox still designs its own knives, grouped into several registered model lines, but has moved almost all of its production to China. However, these are still branded products, which means their quality is overseen. In this arrangement, the place of production is no longer a drawback but an advantage, as it allows the company to offer an excellent price-to-quality ratio.
