Putnik (with forging marks)
Description
Field knife made of high-quality stainless steel. A blade with a straight spine with a minimal slope at the tip and a parallel cutting edge. High hollow grind. The spine is 4.5 mm thick, slightly ground on the engraving. Wenge wood handle with decorative melchior bolster. At the base of the blade, under the handle, the manufacturer's logo and the inscription: "Ручная работа сталь 95x18 кованая". 95-a steel is a harder variety of stainless steel and knives made from it are forged. In this model, the manufacturer left part of the blade, above the grind line to the spine, not completely smooth, with traces of forging. Leather sheath, brown, with an embossed drawing.
