Predator (Elmax steel)
Description
The knife belongs to a new product line - Elmax powder steel hunting knives - very resistant to abrasion and corrosion, which is rarely the case. Elmax can be hardened to 60-62 HRC. The hardness of the Siomina company's blade is in the range of 58-61 HRC.
The Chiszcznik (Russian: drapieżca) has an interesting blade profile with a tip raised above the back line, like Uzbek pchaks of the kajke type, and a full concave grind. At the base of the blade is the manufacturer's logo and the inscription ELMAX. The handle is wooden (black hornbeam) and finished on both sides with nickel silver fittings. The sheath is brown leather, push-in, with decorative embossing.
