Mongoose
Description
A small fixed blade knife from Kizlyar. Fully functional, yet small enough for everyday carry, even in the city. Full tang with rubber handle scales. The blade is a symmetrical, single-edged, oxidized drop point with a full flat grind. Protrusions of the tang below the handle form a kind of crossguard. An ABS sheath for belt carry, which can also be sewn to a jacket lining or, for example, backpack straps.
The Kizlyar company from Dagestan is one of several Russian knife manufacturers widely known outside of Russia. Kizlyar prides itself on combining the old traditions of Caucasian craftsmen specializing in cold weapons with new production technologies.
