Description

A new field blade proposal from NOKS. About Atlant-3 I wrote that it is a "large field blade". Well, Mars is even bigger. When you look at him, associations with the Viking seaxes come to mind. If Biriukow, the author of this blade and main NOKS designer will continue this road, we will probably see some Longmars next year, like the langseax (let us remind you that the Langseaxes reached in a length of up to one meter and were virtually one-orching swords for the poor). The idea of Mars, according to people with NOKS, is such that it is a versatile field blade equally suitable for cutting, chopping and stabbing. If so, the associations with the saxes are all the more entitled, because we know that they were a gear of everyday use but also weapons. Mainly massive, with a slope to the tip of a straight line. The inheritance line begins in 1/3 of the length of the blade and is sanded to the fake. A high, practically full flat cut - it is actually suitable for chopping. Marsa is released in the AUS8 and D2 variant. They all have equally profiled elastron handles. In the variant with AUS8, the head of the blade is Black Stone Wash. Mainly with D2 they are fired, without black. Black, kapron sheath, with plastic inserts, Molle tapes and a traditional parakord.
