Description
A Spanish field knife suitable for filleting fish and game. A long blade with a partial hollow grind, which turns into a full one at the tip. Full tang pattern, ram's horn handle covers. Leather sheath, light brown, with a silent clasp. The blade material is high-carbon 1095 steel, hardened to the maximum value for this material - 58-59 HRC.
Forester is one of the few old Spanish manufacturers that has resisted pressure to move production to China. The knives are still not only designed but also manufactured in the factory in Albacete, Spain.
