Krechet H12MF
Description
A civilian variant of a military combat knife in a new modification, characteristic of the entire SARO model line of knives. Since the beginning of the war with Ukraine, many Russian manufacturers have been offering their products with upgrades that may be of interest to customers mobilized for military service. SARO, which is one of the suppliers of the Ministry of Defense, did this with all knives that have been available in Russia without permits for years. Most of them have been equipped with new ABS sheaths with MOLLE-compatible suspension system. Holes on the edges of the sheath allow you to sew them to backpacks, tactical vests, carrying systems, even when placed with the handle down. Where possible, the knives are equipped with military-style guards. The practical elastron handles have been left unchanged, except that now instead of oval metal heads there are tang ends protruding from the handles in the form of glass breakers. Krechet has a leaf-shaped blade, common among Russian military knives, which ensures durability during thrusts and better cutting aggression thanks to the increased curvature of the cutting edge. The knife is released in three variants: made of 65G carbon steel (with black oxide for protection against corrosion), AUS6 stainless steel and H12MF steel, which is the Russian analogue of D2.
