Description
A beautiful mosaic damascus knife from the workshop of Leonid Vasiliev. The blade features a unique mosaic pattern achieved by incorporating nickel into the forge-welded steel package. A knife of this class naturally has a luxurious handle. It is made of Elforyn with inlays of ironwood and mammoth tusk. Elforyn is a high-quality composite material produced in Germany, considered the world's best imitation of ivory. Elforyn is ideal for creating knife handles not only because it offers the aesthetics of ivory but also because it is resistant to damage, chemicals, and water. Nowadays, if you have a knife with an ivory handle, it can be easily confiscated (for example, during an airport baggage check) under the pretext of protecting endangered species. At the end of the handle, there is a mosaic pin with a hole for a lanyard or wrist strap.
