Kisten (95x18 steel with gold plating)
Description
A knife made by the Zlatoust company from high-quality stainless steel. The "Kisten" is a combat-style knife, featuring a guard typical of Russian fighting knives. The handle is made of plastic and is capped on both ends with cast duralumin fittings. The beautiful, leaf-shaped blade has a recurved edge, a saw on its spine, a hollow grind, and a gold-plated ornament on one side. The other side, near the handle, bears a gilded inscription: "Росоружие Златоуст", "95х18", and the manufacturer's logo. The black leather sheath is equipped with a versatile belt loop and allows for both vertical and horizontal carry. It is embossed with the manufacturer's logo and the inscription Златоуст.
The Zlatoust company is one of the few Russian knife manufacturers widely known outside of Russia. It boasts a centuries-old tradition in the production of edged weapons.
