Katran-M2 yellow
Description
A pocket knife with AUS8 steel, gray titanium coating and bright yellow handles made of thermoplastic elastomer. Drop point blade with partial concave grind and a hooked sharpened cutout on the back. In hunting knives, such a hook is used to cut abdominal cavities, in rescue knives - to cut clothing and various types of bindings with a pulling motion towards oneself, which minimizes the risk of injuring the victim. Unlike the black Katran-M2, the yellow model has a 3-centimeter section with serrations at the base of the blade. On one side of the blade there is a thumb stud for one-handed opening (for right-handed people). The handle of the Katran-M2 is made of aluminum covered with yellow thermoplastic elastomer. The handle integrates a bottle opener, a glass breaker and a loop for a lanyard or retractor in the form of a carabiner. No sheath, there is a clip.
