Jaguar-M (D2)
Description
The flagship model of a new line of fixed-blade hunting knives designed by Aleksandr Biryukov. A rather versatile knife, it will satisfy a hunter, tourist, and even a soldier (by the way, I wonder how NOKS obtained the certificate allowing the Jaguar to be sold without a permit). The full tang design and a blade with a maximum thickness of 5 mm at the butt provide a considerable reserve of strength. The drop point profile with a bevel ground almost along the entire length of the butt, a ricasso, and a bolster protecting against the hand slipping onto the blade during thrusts give it a predatory, military character. The Jaguar's blade is made of D2 steel and is black, non-reflective. G10 tang scales. The fancy sheath with a plastic insert allows the knife to be carried and strapped in various ways, including with the handle down.
