Instinct mini
Description
An EDC knife with a full tang construction made of stainless steel, a smaller sibling to the Instinct model. It is sold with a plastic sheath that can be worn around the neck (a ball chain is included in the blister pack) or attached to a belt or, for example, to MOLLE system webbing. The clip is adjustable, meaning that by loosening the screw on the clip, you can change the angle of the sheath. You can also remove the clip and sew the sheath to a backpack, jacket lining, etc.
The Instinct is part of a series of small utility knives from the American company SOG (SOG Specialty Knives & Tools), which specializes in military, tactical, and survival knives. The company's name itself is a reference to the elite special operations unit that operated in Vietnam from 1964–1972 (Studies and Observations Group). In 2021, the company was acquired by the GSM Outdoors corporation, the owner of brands such as Cold Steel.
