Ideal kitchen knife set
Description
A set of three kitchen knives made from French Z160 steel, presented in a leather case. The set includes three knives modeled after the Japanese styles known as Santoku, Gyuto, and Petty. All knives have blades with a full flat grind, a hardness of 60 HRC, Kizlyar's signatures, the inscription "Кизляр Сделано в России Z-160", and moisture-resistant polymer handles. The set is sold in a leather case featuring the Kizlyar logo.
The Kizlyar company from Dagestan is one of a few Russian knife manufacturers widely known outside of Russia. Kizlyar prides itself on combining the ancient traditions of Caucasian craftsmen specializing in bladed weapons with modern production technologies.
