Description
Short full tang knife made of D2 steel with rosewood handle scales. A short blade with a low hollow grind. The cutting edge geometry is determined by the significant blade thickness (4 mm) and the grind type. Even with a full hollow grind, getting a razor-sharp edge would be difficult, with a low one the task is even harder. In other words, the Hobbit will require frequent sharpening. However, such blade thickness and the full tang design provide a reserve of strength that makes the knife virtually indestructible. Rosewood handle, smooth leather sheath with a snap button fastening.
