Description
A medium-sized knife from the renowned Dagestani company Kizlyar, complete with a leather sheath. The blade features a full flat grind. The handle is made of (unstabilized) walnut wood and has a lanyard hole at the end. The blade has a blackened stone wash finish. At the base of the blade, one side is marked with "Финский" and the manufacturer's logo, while the other side reads "Кизляр Сделано в России". The knife comes with a Finnish-style, slip-in leather sheath. This lightweight, versatile knife is perfect for camping or a trip to the woods.
The Kizlyar company from Dagestan is one of the few Russian knife manufacturers widely known outside of Russia. Kizlyar prides itself on combining the old traditions of Caucasian craftsmen specializing in blade manufacturing with new production technologies.
