Description

A medium-sized knife from the renowned Dagestani company Kizlar. Just a year ago, all variants of the Finnish knife had classic slip-on leather sheaths. In 2024, Finnish ones with ABS sheaths, compatible with Tek-lok mounts, and Kizlar sharpeners dedicated to such sheaths appeared. The blade has a full flat grind. Ribbed rubber handle with a hole for a lanyard or wrist loop at the end. At the base of the blade there is an inscription on one side""Finski"""" and the manufacturer's logo, on the other ""КизлЏр Сделано в""Russia"""" and steel brand designation""Х12MF"""". The knife is identical in size to its cheaper versions, "" except that instead of AUS-8 (57-58 HRC), H12MF steel (59-60 HRC) was used, the Western analogue of which is D2.

The Kizlyar company from Dagestan is one of several Russian knife manufacturers widely known outside Russia. Kizlyar boasts a combination of ancient traditions of Caucasian craftsmen specializing in the production of cold weapons and new production technologies.
