Ferat serrated black
Description
A D2 steel folder for cyberpunk fans. The blade is straight, single-edged, with a high, minimally hollow grind. The grind line ends at a quenched part located one-third of the way from the spine. The spine is ground. The blade finish is a blackened stone wash. It has a 3-cm serrated fragment at the base. It is easy to open with one hand. The liner lock deployment type is accompanied by an additional safety mechanism – during closing, the lock can only be released by pulling the safety. The handle has black G10 inserts and an industrial design. The clip that allows for adjustable positioning from either side of the handle is also included. The knife is sold without a sheath, but with a soft, elegant leather case. The knife is very well-machined, with a good quality assembly.
"Mr. Blade" is a company that designs knives, registered in Prague by a few Russian knifemakers. They design knives more for the Western market, so most of them have a hipster, stylish touch, although they personally prefer to call them "design knives." It is likely that they do not have their own production facility, at least not one worth mentioning, and they order the implementation of their projects where it is more convenient, sometimes in the Russian Federation and sometimes in China. However, they pay well for it, as the assembly quality is very good. Mr. Blade has already created several well-known models and at their stands on foreign exhibitions (they do not come to Poland) there is always someone circling around. I am not sure the company is still in the business (I mean after the invasion of Ukraine).
