Description
A sizable universal Zlatooust knife made of 95x18 hardened steel to 57-58 HRC. Light handle made of leather rings compressed on both sides with pieces of textolite. Rather thick and long drop point blade with a false edge on the bolster. Behind the false edge on the handle there is a 7-centimeter saw and further a blunted indentation for thumb rest. Under the handle, on the blade, inscription: "Росоружие Златоуст", the manufacturer's logo and steel mark - 95x18. At the end of the handle there is a hole allowing for attaching a lanyard or wrist loop. Leather sheath, black, with embossed manufacturer's logo and inscriptionЗлатоуст.
Zlatooust company is one of several Russian knife manufacturers widely known outside of Russia. It boasts a several-hundred-year-old tradition in the field of edged weapon production.
