Fang (H12MF steel)
Description
The knife christened by the manufacturer as Kieł (rus. Клык), but for me it's a Central Asian pchak made using "full tang" technology from H12MF steel. The same as pchaks, a narrow handle at the base of the blade, a characteristic profile with a tip raised above the spine line. Untypical for pchaks is the incomplete grind and the complete lack of any Eastern ornamentation. At the base of the blade under the handle is the manufacturer's monogram and the inscription: "BLADECRAFT"ст. Х12МФ кованая"(stal H12MF kuta)The tang scales are made of bubingo wood, characterized by a high content of natural oils. Like all knives from this manufacturer, it is sold with a very solid, stitched sheath made of thick leather.
