Falcon M390 (handle: stabilized maple burl + mammoth tooth)
Description
A knife from a new and expensive product line made of high-technology stainless powder steel with high chromium content - M390 steel. The hardness of the blade is in the range of 61-62 HRC (i.e. 1-2 HRC less than S390 hardness).
Falcon has a blade with a very popular profile. It is a not too long drop point with a gentle slope and a full flat grind. At the base of the blade, the manufacturer's logo with the inscription "Ручная работа M390". Beautiful handle made of stabilized maple cap with a mammoth tooth insert. Leather sheath, brown, slip-on, Finnish type, with embossed drawing.
