Eagle (pattern welded damascus, stabilized wood handle)
Description
A beautiful knife with an ornate Damascus steel blade and a handle made of stabilized wood. The drop-point blade, with a minimal drop along a nearly straight back, is divided into two parts by two grooves running along the blade, so-called fuller. The part of the blade above the fuller has a forged pattern resembling the texture of stone tools. This finishing style is called "Stone Age" and is used by Russian manufacturers to emphasize the handcrafted nature of the production.A monogram of the manufacturer and an inscription are engraved under the handle:"ОКСКИЕ НОЖИ ДАМАССКАЯ СТАЛЬ"A beautiful handle made of stabilized Karelian birch, finished on both sides with nickel silver castings – a head in the shape of a wild boar and a pommel.
