440C stainless steel knife with micarta handle. Blade (the longest among Kizlyar Supreme knives) with black titanium coating. Partially concave grind. Back lock. Blade hardness 59-60 HRC.
The Dagestani company Kizlyar Supreme (not to be confused with Kizlyar, also from Dagestan) is one of several Russian knife manufacturers known widely outside of Russia. Kizlyar Supreme focuses on combining the old traditions of Caucasian knife makers with the latest production technologies. Kizlyar Supreme products are the result of the work of craftsmen who have been making knives for generations, except that today they have the most modern programmable machining centers and heat treatment furnaces.
