Description
A tool for dressing carcasses: cutting hides or boning. It has only one, concave cutting edge that terminates at the top with a sharp "beak". Plastic handle scales. A Chinese product made from local 4cr14 steel. Its advantage is high corrosion resistance, which is why it is used, among other things, for the production of kitchen knives and food containers. Hardness of about 55 HRC.
