City tanto black

An urban knife from the Kyson company. The City tanto has a blade with the profile of an American tanto with a high, flat grind. Finish stone wash. At the base of the blade there is a double-sided pin that allows right and left-handed users to open the knife with one hand. An axis lock is used, so you can fold the knife with one hand (pulling back the pin at the end of the handle releases the lock and the blade falls down). Blade made of Swedish 14C28N stainless steel with a hardness of 59-60 HRC. G10 handle covers. The knife has a clip but no holster.

Like most Polish users, I approach knife production from China with reservation, but the trial order clearly showed that, as in most cases, the principle "what you pay for, you get" applies. All Kyson pocket knives are very well made, with no flaws, no play in the lock, and no gaps between the body and handle covers. Almost all blades are on bearings. As for the principle I mentioned: all models can be purchased from other manufacturers in a more "economic" version, i.e. simply a cheaper variant, visually no different.
