Chacal mini
Description
The smallest variant of the Chacal knife to be worn on the belt from the Spanish company Cuchilleria Forester. Drop point blade with full flat grind. Micarta tang scales. At the end of the tang there is a hole for attaching a leash or a wrist loop (there is a piece of orange paracord in the box for this purpose). On the blade there is an engraved J&V Adventure Knives emblem (a trade mark of the Cuchilleria Forester factory), the inscription "CHACAL MINI Handwork in Spain", the steel brand marking: MV-58 and a drawing of what is probably a jackal's head. Hardness 58 HRC. Leather sheath, black, with a loop for wearing on a belt.
Forester is one of the few old Spanish manufacturers that has resisted pressure to move production to China. The knives are still not only designed but also manufactured in the Forester factory in Albacete, Spain.
