A brass decorative bolster and the same head, a slender handle made of one piece of fine wood, a sheath of soft (like in women's gloves) leather with a wooden insert – something like that wasn't worn every day.
Full flat grind, at the baseof the blade on one side an inscription"Ботлих"(Botlich is a toponym - the name of a large village where the administrative center of the Botlikh region in Dagestan is located) and the manufacturer's logo, on the other "KIZLYAR Сделано в России" and a hologram.
