Description
Field knife for quartering meat made of U8 steel. A partially hollow grind blade with an arcuate cutting edge and a concave spine. Part of the spine ground to a false blade with a shorter grind line. With minimal work, this fragment can be sharpened and used for working on bones, where there is the greatest risk of chipping the blade. The knife is made in a full tang pattern. Ergonomic handle with wenge wood tang covers on two screws. At the end of the handle there is a hole for a leash or wrist strap. Leather sheath, smooth, fastened with two snap buttons.
