Bear (leather handle, gilding)

A field knife produced by the Zlatoust company, made of 95x18 steel. A long, massive blade (21 cm in length and 5 mm thick at the spine) with a partial hollow grind and a 7-centimeter saw on the spine fully justifies its name. The spine is straight, with the tip ground to a false edge. At the base of the blade, under the handle, there is an inscription: "Росоружие Златоуст 95x18" and the manufacturer's logo. The steel marking is visible at the very base of the blade: 95x18. The other side of the blade is decorated with a galvanically gilded drawing with hunting motifs. The leather handle is finished on both sides with pieces of textolite. At the end of the handle, there is a hole for attaching a lanyard or a wrist loop. The sheath is made of black leather, with the manufacturer's logo and the inscription Златоуст embossed on it.

The Zlatoust company is one of several Russian knife manufacturers widely known outside of Russia. It prides itself on a centuries-old tradition in the production of cold steel arms.
