Bear (carved wooden handle)
Description
A beautiful pattern welded damascus knife from the Zhbanov forge. Massive damascus blade with a partially hollow grind. Zhbanov studio is one of the most "awarded" ones (five years ago, when I last visited them, diplomas from exhibitions covered all the walls in his office in places where there was no furniture), his knives are among the most expensive on the Russian market. What particularly increases the price in this particular model is the handle: carved (it always costs money) from stabilized, water-resistant wood, with decorative melchior casts. Leather sheath, slip-on, Finnish type.
