Aviatsionny
Description
A replica of the iconic knife of the Soviet Air Force. The Aviatsionny was issued to pilots along with their flight suits, which had a special pocket for it on the right hip. It is still part of the equipment in the Russian Federation's air force. Every Russian airman knows, or has known and remembers, this knife. One only needs to browse Russian aviation forums to see that the Aviatsionnyy has achieved a legendary status. There is no better gift for a pilot. The Aviatsionnyy features a main locking blade and a saw with a screwdriver at the tip. The handle scales are made of textolite. At the end of the handle, there is a metal loop for attaching a carabiner. Like many popular models, clones of this knife are produced by various Russian companies. The products from the Saro company offer an optimal balance of price and quality.
