Description

A large hunting knife manufactured by Zlatoust, made of forged damask steel. Zlatoust damask steel is distinguished by its high quality and exceptional aesthetics. The handle is made of birch bark rings strung onto a metal tang, finished on both sides with pieces of textolite - a butt and a pommel. The pommel has a hole for attaching a lanyard or wrist strap. A massive blade of the trailing point type with an upwardly curved point, like in Uzbek pchak knives. At the base of the blade, under the handle, the inscription:Rosoruzhie Zlatooust" and the manufacturer's logo. Black leather sheath, with the manufacturer's logo and inscription embossed on the back:Zlatooust.

Zlatooust is one of several Russian knife manufacturers known far beyond the borders of Russia. It boasts a centuries-old tradition in the production of edged weapons. Gilding, in which Ural Zlatooust is the undisputed leader among Russian companies, looks exceptionally good on dark damask blades.
