Description
A small pocket knife made of forged damascus from Martinez Albainox. A simple but very elegant knife made of forged damascus, but of quite high quality (110 layers). The blade has a nice pattern with repeating elements, close to a mosaic pattern. Full flat grind. Bolster also made of damascus. Handle covers made of stabilized wood. The blade has no lock. There is no clip or sheath.
The Spanish company Martinez Albainox is a company with traditions and one of the largest knife manufacturers in Spain. Today, Albainox still designs its own knives, grouped into several registered model lines, but has moved almost all production to China. However, these are still branded products, which means that there is someone who cares about their quality. In such a system, the place of production ceases to be a disadvantage and becomes an advantage, because it allows us to offer an excellent price-quality ratio. Albainox damascus blades are also made in China and have 67 layers as standard (this pocket knife is one of the few higher quality damascus models). The components of the package are unknown, and the declared hardness is 57-58 HRC.
