Description
A pocket knife with a D2 steel blade and a titanium handle from the Zhbanov forge. The tanto-profile blade has an interesting grind – partially flat to the cutting edges, and the back is ground to a false edge along its entire length. It opens by pressing the index finger on the blade tang, which, when folded, protrudes from the handle scales at the end and, when open, acts as a thumb stud. The blade is on liners and therefore no additional spring is needed to push it out.
The lock is a classic liner lock – locking is done using a spring-loaded wing which is an integral part of one of the side plates of the titanium handle skeleton. The pocket knife has a side clip but is sold with a leather sheath.
