Description
Smoothed, convex scales made of stabilized, dyed camel bone, with dimensions of 129 x 39 x 5 (at the thickest point) mm and 129 x 37 x 6 (at the thickest point) mm. The convex sides of the bone pieces are smooth and polished; the undersides are roughly flat, but only "roughly" (it is bone, after all, not a piece of metal) and require a flexible spacer between the knife tang and the bone itself.
